1,500 New Online Advertising Publishers Join ADSDAQ in 1 Month
As announced in a press release on Tuesday, our new web-based, self-service portal into ADSDAQ has taken off and pushed the exchange’s publisher base to over 2,500 publishers - an increase of over 100% - since the October 17 self-service launch.
Similar to the functionality offered by ValueClick, Google AdSense, AdBrite, Casale Media and many others, web publishers can now sign up and start making money with standard IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) ad unit sizes.
The expanded niche content on the ADSDAQ exchange through the addition of the new web publishers (each publisher’s site is reviewed prior to inclusion on the exchange) facilitates two important objectives for the advertiser:
- Increased reach.
- Expanded content category targeting opportunities created by the ADSDAQ exchange’s contextual technology.
With over 386 categories, not only do broad categories such as Autos or Electronics become more target rich for online advertising, but so do more granular categories such as Cell Phones, HDTV, Convertibles or Sports Utility Vehicle.
Several of the sites representative of the new, niche content available on ADSDAQ include ConsumerAffairs.com, Arkadium’s Great Day Games and OnlineCooking.net.
In the release, Michael Comins, SVP, ID Media, says “With the expanded reach and additional niche content available on ADSDAQ, our clients are able to target consumers at the page-level more effectively than ever before.”
